By accessing or playing Dorotha Idle Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. License & Ownership

All content, including code, graphics, and sounds, is the property of PrimaGames (Jona Draeger). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play the game for non-commercial purposes.

3. Game Rules & Conduct

To ensure a fair experience, you agree to follow these rules. Breaking them may result in warnings, mutes, item removal, or permanent account bans.

Account Rules

Single Account Only: Each person can only play on 1 account.
No Account Sharing: Do not share your account.
Age 13+ Only: You must be at least 13 years old to play.

Trading & Economy

No Real World Trading: Do not trade in-game items for real money or outside services.
No Boosting/Scamming: Do not use deception or unfair wealth transfers to gain an advantage.

Chat & Community

Respect: No harassment, discrimination, or excessive profanity.
Safety: Do not disclose personal information (address, phone, etc.).

Cheating & Automation

No Botting: Any automation that plays the game for you is strictly prohibited.
Bugs: Exploiting bugs is forbidden. Please report them via Discord.

4. Virtual Goods & Payments

In-game currency or items have no real-world value. Payments for premium services (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to manage and change virtual goods at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

The game is provided "as is". PrimaGames is not liable for any loss of data, items, or access due to technical issues, server resets, or account bans resulting from rule violations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the game at any time, for any reason, specifically for violations of the Game Rules.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Potsdam.
